The Syracuse Invitational Sporthorse Tournament is a not-for-profit organization that benefits Cornell University Equine Hospital and Vera House. The goal of this endeavor is to further the development of the sport of show jumping and to provide a venue for local, national and international corporates for marketing and networking opportunities. More specifically, by offering value to corporate sponsors, the public, and the equestrians, we hope to increase awareness of show jumping, improve the quality of the sport, and allow corporations additional marketing resources. With the aid of the City of Syracuse, our group of dedicated horsemen and women are committed to achieving these objectives. However, because the opportunities this event affords are not exclusive to each group, it is necessary to obtain the support and participation of as many as possible to ensure the tournament's overall success. Thus, the commitment of both the corporate and the show jumping communities is imperative to the success and sustainability of the event.
